Please note that we do not accept parcels sent by UPS, FedEx, DHL or any other courier due to their customs brokerage policies as well as their delivery system. We are unable to receive packages from them since we do not have a front desk. Our preferred way of shipping is via the Post Office as they will be able to leave a note for us to pick up your package at the local post office, should your package be larger than our parcel slot. If possible, please make sure your package is not larger than 2" X 7.5"

Any parcel sent by courier that requests brokerage or import duties will be refused and returned to the sender. Our preferred way of shipping is USPS and Canada Post.

We also accept parcels send from ANY country worldwide. Please make sure you provide us with your email address as this is our primary way of communication.

*IMPORTANT!* You must specify in the customs declaration form that the items you are shipping are: "Watch cases and parts to be restored and returned". If you don't do that and we are charged with import duties, additional fees will apply to cover this amount as well as POSSIBLE DELAYS.
